American actor Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. Her first role was a supporting role in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2006) and She's the Man (2006). She was later a reporter Willa McPherson in the FX series Dirt and had a supporting role in the short-lived drama The Ex List. In the very first season, she starred in the role of Moira O'Hara as an untried Moira and, in the second season, she played Kaylee. She was Jessie Anderson on AMC's The Walking Dead as well as Sophie on The NBC show This Is Us. She also voiced several characters from Family Guy's animated comedy series. Since 2019, she has starred as Melinda "Mel" Monroe in the Netflix series Virgin River. Breckenridge was raised in Darien, Connecticut until she was 10 years old when her mother and she moved to California [1and a half years ago] where they lived for a year before moving to Mill Valley. Breckenridge was first interested in singing, acting and photography when she was 13. At the age of 15, she moved with her mother back to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career.
